Lenovo, which started shipping computers with adware preloaded known as "Superfish" back in September 2014, is officially reverse. The company now offers six months free McAfee LiveSafe program to Lenovo customers, or an extension of six months free for existing subscribers McAfee, who own a computer "Superfish". This is in addition to the 30-day trial of the software, new users can expect to earn up to seven months of use.
"Superfish" is known to intercept HTTP and HTTPS communications users to display targeted advertisements. Worse, it replaces security certificates normally used by websites with their own security certificate, which allows the hackers could compromise the fake certificate and impostor secure websites. Lenovo, which called the ads "useful recommendations," now seeks to make amends for the annoying software.

McAfee LiveSafe is an inter-device security solution designed to protect users against identity theft. The devices are protected against malware and viruses through LiveSafe. The offer of free software is scheduled to go live March 16, 2015 and Lenovo computers can learn more about signing up for the free trial on the company's website.
